About Quinta dos Carvalhais
Quinta dos Carvalhais led the revival of quality wine in Portugal's Dão in the early 1990s. Sogrape bought it in 1988 and put serious money into the vines and winery, including bringing back nearly lost local grapes such as Encruzado.
