Azahar means citrus flower. It is a white from Portugal's Vinho Verde region, made from vineyards right on the Atlantic coast.

It was the first wine allowed to say so on its label. You can taste the sea air in it: a salty, mineral edge that sets it apart from the usual Vinho Verde.
