Azienda Vitivinicola Nervi

Nervi is a Gattinara estate in Alto Piemonte, up in the north of Piedmont. Carlo Nervi founded it in 1906, and it is the oldest Gattinara estate that has kept going without a break.

The vines grow on hillsides of volcanic porphyry and clay, and the focus is Nebbiolo. In 2018 the estate was bought by Roberto Conterno, the third generation to run Giacomo Conterno in Serralunga d'Alba. Alongside the reds there is a small range of rosato.
