Baudouin Millet

Baudouin Millet makes Chablis from the Ferme de Marcault at Tonnerre, in the north of Burgundy. His father, Philippe, a young farmer from the Beauce, settled on the farm in the mid-1960s and started the wine estate in the early 1980s.

Philippe first planted 9 hectares of Petit Chablis, then added vines in Chablis and in the Premier Cru of Vaucoupin. The domaine now covers almost 16 hectares, including a plot of Bourgogne Chardonnay planted in 2020.

Philippe has since retired. Baudouin runs the estate, keeps growing it, and still gets good advice from his dad.
