Between Five Bells
Between Five Bells is a small Australian label from Geelong in Victoria, set up by winemaker Ray Nadeson with two friends: wine merchant David Fesq and Sydney sommelier Josh Dunne.
From their first release in 2009, the goal has been wine that is a joy to drink. They take ideas from Californian field blends and the wines of the southern Rhône. The labels are a big part of the fun: beautiful charts packed with more detail about how the wine was made than you will find almost anywhere. Everything is made by hand, in tiny amounts.
