Bocca di Lupo

Bocca di Lupo is an organic estate owned by Antinori in Minervino Murge, in the north of Puglia. It sits in the Castel del Monte area, a wild and beautiful bit of countryside, and was Antinori's first move into the region, in the late 1990s.

The vines grow at about 300 metres on the Murgia plateau. The weather is tough and the soils are poor, so it takes patient work to get fresh, elegant, precise wines. They focus on local grapes with deep roots in the area: Aglianico, Nero di Troia and Fiano.
