Bodegas Esteban Martín

Bodegas Esteban Martín brings together two classic Spanish reds: northern Garnacha and southern Monastrell.

In the hot, dry vineyards of Jumilla, Monastrell (the grape the French call Mourvèdre) ripens late and has thick skins, so it gives plenty of fruit and depth. Here it gets a splash of floral, peppery Syrah too. The Garnacha comes from Cariñena and is lighter on its feet, with lots of juicy raspberry and a silky, soft feel.
