Bodegas Máximo started in 2002 with a simple goal: modern Spanish wine at a great price. The grapes come from Castilla-La Mancha and Castilla y León, from vineyards between 600 and 850 metres up.

Warm days and cool nights there keep the wines fresh and fragrant. In the winery they keep the grapes cool and handle them gently. The white is crisp, zesty Viura, and the red is smooth, juicy Tempranillo with cherry, plum and a hint of chocolate. Both come under screwcap to keep the fruit fresh.
