Cave des Producteurs de Vouvray is a co-operative of local growers, set up in 1953 in the Vallée Coquette, one of the best-known spots for Vouvray in the Loire. Its wines are made from Chenin Blanc, the grape at the heart of the Vouvray appellation, which was created in 1936.
