Cecilia Beretta

Cecilia Beretta is a project from the Pasqua family of the Veneto, who have been making wine for a hundred years. It focuses on carefully chosen hillside vineyards in Valpolicella and Soave.

It takes its name from Cecilia Beretta, a 19th-century noblewoman and philanthropist. Today Cecilia Pasqua, the third generation, is in charge. She brought in Graziana Grassini, one of Italy's leading winemakers and a protégée of Giacomo Tachis, to give the classic local wines a lighter, fresher touch.
