Producer Loire, France

Cellier du Beaujardin

Cellier du Beaujardin is a growers' co-operative at Bléré, in the Cher valley of Touraine. It started out in 1925 as a union of producers and makes wine from many farms close to the châteaux of Amboise and Chenonceaux.

It still makes wine from the few hectares of Chenin left in the area. Since 1990 it has also run a land scheme to help young members get started.
