Charles de Fère

Charles de Fère was set up in 1981 by Jean-Louis Denois, the sixth generation of an old Champagne family. He based it at Fère-en-Tardenois, twenty miles outside the Champagne region and not far from the family cellar.

The wines are sparkling and fermented in bottle, using grapes from many regions. Northern vineyards bring freshness and elegance, while southern ones add ripe fruit, body and a smooth finish.
