Château Haut-Maginet

Château Haut-Maginet belongs to the Jolivet family, who grow grapes in the Entre-deux-Mers. Their home base is Saint-Florin, in the village of Soussac.

Catherine and Jean-Marc Jolivet have run the family estate since 1980, and their daughters Bénédicte and Marie now work with them. Over the years they have built it up to around 120 hectares, spread across several châteaux.

Some of their vines grow on clay and limestone slopes at Soussac. Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon and Sémillon all turn up across the family's reds, whites and rosés.
