Château Perron

Château Perron is a Lalande-de-Pomerol estate with a long past. It was already on record in 1642, and the Massonie family, who came from the Corrèze, bought it in 1958.

Michel-Pierre Massonie served as grand master of the Grand Conseil du Vin de Bordeaux. Since 2000 the third generation, Bertrand, Béatrice and Thibaut, have been in charge.

The vines grow on sandy, gravelly soil, and the family have started the move to organic farming.
