Château Potensac

Château Potensac is a Médoc estate at Ordonnac, run by Jean-Hubert Delon. His family also own Léoville Las Cases, the classed growth in Saint-Julien.

Most of its 84 hectares sit on rises of clay and gravel over limestone. The ground has a lot in common with Saint-Estèphe.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc all play their part in the blend. The estate also makes a well-made second wine.
