Château Yveline

Château Yveline is a small family estate in Néac, in the Lalande-de-Pomerol appellation. The same family have run it for more than a hundred years, and its name is a tribute to two of the family's children.

There are about three hectares of vines, mostly Merlot with some Cabernet Franc, on clay, silt and gravel. The grapes are picked by hand and the wine is made in steel and concrete tanks, then aged for 18 to 20 months. The estate has held HVE environmental certification since 2019, and its pink label goes back to the 1920s.
