Corentin Chavy

Corentin Chavy works with his father Alain at the family domaine in Puligny-Montrachet, and has now started making wine under his own name.

His Mâcon Chardonnay comes from a single parcel, bought from a grower who farms sustainably, just like the Chavys. Grapes from the limestone at the top of the slope bring freshness, and grapes from the marl lower down bring riper fruit. Corentin ferments and ages the wine in stainless steel to keep it bright and fresh, with citrus and peach flavours.
