Cradle Valley

Cradle Valley is the still-wine label of Rathfinny, the English sparkling wine estate in East Sussex. All the grapes come from the Rathfinny vineyard itself.

The vines sit on a south-facing chalk slope in the Cradle Valley, near the Cuckmere Valley, an area of chalk grassland full of birds and wildflowers. Rathfinny works with Natural England, and with the South Downs National Park, to bring back wildlife habitats. Their Pinot Gris is crisp and fresh, with pear, white peach and apricot.
