Domaine Corinne Perchaud

Domaine Corinne Perchaud is an 18-hectare Chablis estate in the village of Fleys. It was started in the 1920s by the grandfather of Corinne's husband, fellow Chablis grower Jean-Pierre Grossot.

In 1980 they bottled their first wine. Today their youngest daughter Eve runs the estate and now makes the wine in place of her father. Most of the vines are village Chablis, with small plots in two premier crus. The vines average 25 years old and are farmed organically, with no chemical fertilisers or pesticides.

Eve's wines are elegant, intense and taut, and they age well.
