Domaine de la Foliette, in the Muscadet country of the Loire, dates from 1926. Since 1996 it has been run by Denis Brosseau and Eric Vincent, who both come from local winemaking families.

They keep yields low and are choosy in the vineyard. The aim is simple: honest wines that taste of where they come from.
