François Carillon is the 16th generation of a farming family in Puligny-Montrachet. He is a grower first, working hard to get the best grapes he can.

His plots are in fine sites in Puligny and Chassagne. Good land and plenty of hard work give wines with lovely purity, a mineral edge and a clear sense of where they come from.
