Domaine Georges Glantenay

In 2013 Sarah and Guillaume Glantenay, brother and sister, took the reins of the family's Volnay domaine from their father, Pierre. The family's roots here go back to the 17th century.

There are eight hectares of vines in Volnay, Pommard and Chambolle-Musigny. The soil is ploughed, and no pesticides or herbicides are used. Guillaume ferments a couple of the wines as whole berries, to bring out bright fruit. Expect modern Burgundy, with friendly fruit and a supple feel.
