Domaine Labruyère

The Labruyère family have owned vines in Moulin-à-Vent, around its famous windmill, since 1850. Édouard Labruyère has run the domaine since 2008.

He wants his wines to speak for this great site, and you can taste the care. The soils are fragile, so the vines are worked by hand or by horse. The team are usually the last to pick, waiting for the grapes to be fully ripe. These are serious food wines, true to Moulin-à-Vent but closer in style to Burgundy or the northern Rhône.
