Domaine Trapet (Alsace)

Andrée Trapet took on her family's small vineyard in Alsace in 2002. Her husband, Jean-Louis, runs the family's Domaine Trapet in Gevrey-Chambertin, so this is a Burgundy and Alsace family through and through.

Together they grew the estate across a fine set of Alsace Grand Cru sites and moved the farming over to biodynamics. Their sons now play a big part too. Pierre works at the domaine full time, while Louis helps out at both family properties.

The focus stays firmly on place, and on getting these lovely Alsace wines the attention they deserve.
