Vincent Dampt comes from one of the most highly regarded winemaking families in Chablis. His father is Daniel Dampt and his grandfather was Jean Defaix.

He learned his trade in Burgundy and in Marlborough, New Zealand, then came home with some fresh ideas to sit alongside the old ways. He is strict about vineyard work, and he uses only the cleanest juice and the best lees.

The house style is pure and elegant but easy to enjoy, with the delicate texture and crushed-shell character that makes Chablis so recognisable.
