Stephan Basson makes the Front Row wines on his own farm on the Paardeberg, out in the Swartland. He blends wine from his own vines with batches from growers he has worked with for years.

What you get is a pair of Rhône-style blends with ripe, balanced fruit. They are serious enough to make you think, but above all they are very easy to drink, and they show just how much value the Cape can give you.
