The co-op has 250 members looking after 1,100 hectares of terraced hillside vines on 'opoka' marl. The Adriatic and the Alps give warm, dry summers with cool breezes at harvest, and the grapes are picked by hand by members, family and friends.

Oenologist Darinko Ribolica runs the cellar. The whites, from local grapes such as Rebula and Malvazija alongside Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio, are fresh and modern, made to be enjoyed young. There is a lovely Cabernet Franc too.
