JCB by Jean-Charles Boisset

Jean-Charles Boisset was born and raised in Burgundy, and the region still shapes the way he thinks about wine. Today he works with estates in Beaujolais, in California's Russian River Valley and at the family domaine in Nuits-Saint-Georges.

His JCB Collection mixes ideas from the Old World and the New. Every wine is named after something that matters to him, a moment or a passion from his life in wine.

The range includes Crémant de Bourgogne made the traditional way, with the second fermentation in bottle. Each grape is made separately in steel, blended in spring, then left on its lees for at least a year for extra depth.
