Before coming home, Anaïs worked in New Zealand with Matt Thomson. That time shaped her love of pure wines that show where they come from. She has moved the 35-hectare estate towards biodynamic farming, and it has been certified organic since 2021.

The Picpoul grows on a chalky plateau, where sea breezes keep it fresh and zesty. Anaïs also grows Syrah, Viognier and Roussanne, and, after New Zealand, she even planted Pinot Noir, which is rare in this corner of France.
