Leos

Domaine de Leos sits near L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue in the Vaucluse, where the Luberon, Mont Ventoux and the Alpilles meet. Its wines are a joint effort between the owner, French singer Patrick Bruel, and his friend Nicolas Jaboulet from the northern Rhône.

The two became friends over a shared love of white Hermitage, and set out to make a rosé that shows off this spot. The estate covers 41 hectares, with 13 of vines and just over 7 of olive trees. Consultant Stéphane Derenoncourt looks after the vineyards.

It is certified organic. They have planted truffle oaks and plants that pollinators love, to bring in more wildlife. The rosé blends Grenache, Bourboulenc and Vermentino, grown on stony limestone, for red fruit, a creamy floral side and plenty of freshness.
