Louis Bouillot is a sparkling wine house in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Burgundy. It was founded in 1877 and makes Crémant de Bourgogne, the region's own fizz.

The house began as a négociant and crémant is still its speciality. It has belonged to the Boisset group since 1997. Visitors can call in at the cellars in Nuits-Saint-Georges for a tasting.
