Mezzacorona

Mezzacorona began in 1904, one of Italy's first growers' associations, and it is still forward-thinking today. It looks after 2,400 hectares of vines across the Dolomite foothills in Trentino, from Lake Garda up to the Alps.

Because it is all run together, each site gets the grape that suits it best. Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay suit the Valle dell'Adige, Teroldego goes on the Piana Rotaliana, and Merlot and Cabernet get the warmer spots near Lake Garda.

A modern winery keeps quality steady, from everyday wines to small-parcel Riservas. They have long cared about sustainability too. They also own a sparkling wine brand with its own winery.
