Peter Schweiger runs a small family estate in Austria's Kamptal. Along with the Wachau, this is where many of the country's best dry wines come from.

Peter has sixteen hectares of vines, planted with Grüner Veltliner, Riesling and Zweigelt. Everything is farmed sustainably and worked by hand.
