Quinta de Chocapalha

Quinta de Chocapalha, in Portugal's Lisboa region, has belonged to Paulo and Alice Tavares da Silva since the mid-1980s. Their plans for the wine really took off in the 2000s.

That is when their daughter Sandra joined them. She had already made her name as one of Portugal's top winemakers, with Wine & Soul in the Douro. With the rest of the family, they have reshaped the estate around quality, character and a sense of place, with great results.
