Rieslingfreak

Rieslingfreak began in 2009 as a labour of love for John Hughes, who grew up in South Australia's Clare Valley. It soon became one of the go-to names for the grape, with a cult following at home and overseas.

In 2021 his wife Belinda, a skilled winemaker herself, joined him. They make nothing but Riesling, sourced in the Eden and Clare valleys, yet that gives them plenty of room to make lots of different styles. Each wine gets a number that shows where it comes from and its style, and the number stays the same every year. Expect a real taste of the region, at a very fair price.
