Terra Franca wines come from the Anadia winery in Bairrada, Portugal, where Diogo Sepúlveda is the winemaker. Rather than stick to one place, Diogo picks grapes from chosen vineyards all over the country and blends them.

His aim is simple: keep the fruit and freshness of each grape. The white mixes local varieties Fernão Pires, Arinto and Cercial, with no oak and a cool ferment to hold on to bright stone fruit. The red, also unoaked, puts Baga with Syrah and Merlot for a full, fruity glass. These are crisp, easy wines and they are very fair value.
