Tropo

Tropo is a range from Brendan and Laura Carter, the couple behind Unico Zelo in the Adelaide Hills of South Australia.

The idea is to save good small parcels of local fruit that might otherwise vanish into big regional blends. The grapes are all dry-farmed, with no chemical sprays. The wines keep the playful Unico Zelo spirit: fruity, easy to drink and with more going on than you might expect. These are bottles for enjoying, not for pondering.
