Vignamato

The Ceci family have made wine in the Marche since the 1940s. That is when Umberto Ceci first bought vines, Verdicchio, at San Paolo di Jesi.

In the next decade his son Amato and Amato's wife bought more land and started bottling their own wine. Then in 1992 the next generation, Maurizio and Serenella, built a modern winery and named it Vignamato. It helps them keep all the fresh, lively flavour of grapes grown near the coast.
